Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for select orders or events. Pickup details, timing, and location will be communicated at checkout or via confirmation email when applicable.
Weather & Temperature Disclaimer
Olive oil and balsamic vinegar are sensitive to extreme temperatures. While we package orders with care, Olive Cleveland is not responsible for changes in product consistency caused by heat or cold during transit. Temporary cloudiness or thickening is natural and does not affect quality.
U.S. & International Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States. International shipping may be available for select destinations; customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Shipping Issues
Olive Cleveland is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can assist you promptly.
